Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Padel Mate is an independent service that helps players organise matches, track ratings and chat. Padel Mate is not owned, operated or endorsed by Les Ormes or the Bosdet Foundation — Les Ormes is simply the venue where many games are played.

2. Court bookings and payments

Padel Mate does not book courts or take payments. Court bookings and fees are handled directly between you and the venue (for Les Ormes, through their own booking system). Any money shared between players (for example via a Revolut link) is a private arrangement between those players.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• Accounts may need approval by club admins before full use.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time.

4. Behaviour

• Be respectful in community chats, match chats and messages.
• No harassment, abuse, spam or sharing other people's personal information.
• Enter match results honestly. Admins may correct results or ratings.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Juniors

Junior profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for that junior's use of the app.

6. Ratings

Ratings are a guide to help find balanced games. They are not an official or guaranteed measure of ability.

7. Safety and liability

Padel is a physical sport and you play at your own risk. Padel Mate is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for injuries, venue issues or disputes between players.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we will ask you to review them in the app.
